Becca and I have a new favorite snack: fresh blueberries topped with plain yogurt (whole milk or low fat), drizzled with honey and a few drops of vanilla. Cold and refreshing, sweet but not too sweet. (To me, regular fruited yogurt is outrageously sweet!)
This method works with other fruit, of course--strawberries, cherries (with almond extract), etc.--but we both like the blueberry combo best. Yum!
