Yes, we've got another 16 year-old in the house! When those white-knuckle sessions began, I ordered "student driver" magnets to keep in each car. Our area isn't known for excessively courteous drivers, (grin) so I'm hoping that marking the vehicle will provide warning for them and patience for (with) us.

David's coming along well in his technical skills and he does seem to be thinking about what he's doing--we can discuss the merits of lane changes, appropriate speeds, etc. In fact, as we neared Occoquan in the drizzly dusk yesterday, I dozed on and off. That may have just been exhaustion, but my son has decided to accept it as a compliment!
