Yesterday Lauren received her letter of acceptance into the art program at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond (her top choice)! In 2005, it was rated the #1 public art program in the nation by U.S. News and World Report, and admissions are highly competitive. She's thrilled and maybe a bit relieved, and we're all extremely proud of her.I'd offer a picture of her calling the news around complete with gigantic smile, but our photography major prefers to stay behind the camera.
And a final happy quote from yesterday: "I am SO not doing my math homework!"
