This Will Brighten Your Day!

Thanks to MacBeth...

  1. First I smiled watching this then, strangely, I found tears in my eyes. I'm still thinking about why. I think it's a little about joy and a little about how the modern day media portrays the world to us versus what goodness there is in people "out there" when they are just being themselves. Do you know anything about the young man and how he came to be in so many places around the world? Thanks for the smiles.

  2. It's funny; on MacBeth's site she's titled it, "Why Do I Cry When I Watch This Video?" I found it very moving too. It's fun while he's dancing in the beginning, but when others join him, especially from places where life is so hard, the exuberance of the dancers and the reality of our one human family hit powerfully. And then there's the wonder: How did he get to film in the DMZ?! Check out the weightless training facility! Wow! For answers to FAQ about Matt, check out his (okay, not politely named) website: www.wherethehellismatt.com.

  3. I loved the one with the colorfully dressed Indian women when he dances to their movements. Priceless.
I did go to his website and I watched one part of his lecture to some college students. Later, I will go back to view the other segments. Thanks again for the fun.
    XO to all.
